• How do I contact support?

• How do I contact HR?

  Please send an email to hr.services@abstract-group.com. The HR staff will respond as soon as possible.

• How do I access the office?

  Our office is located at 1st Floor, The Coachworks, Harcourt House, Leeds, LS2 7EH. It is accessible between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

• Does the office have parking?

  Our office has 5 parking spaces. These can be used on a first-come, first-served basis. If these are full, there is parking nearby for approximately £10 per day.

• How do I access my e-learning?

  You will have been sent an email from do_not_reply@citation.co.uk regarding this. See the following links for full guides:

• When will I receive my paycheck?

  We are paid on the 25th of every month, or the prior working day. If you have any questions relating to pay or finance, please contact payroll@abstract-group.com.
